1. Every bouquet will follow the style and wrapping shown in our catalogue.
2. Since our arrangements are handcrafted, the final bouquet may differ slightly from the photos. Each piece is one of a kind.
3. We’ll put love and care into every bouquet to make it as beautiful as possible.
4. All payments are final and non-refundable.
5. Orders will only be processed after full payment has been received.
6. If the bank account name used for the payment is different from the customer’s name, please include the customer’s name in the payment reference or transfer description.
